This large building is the library in Falmouth. When it was first built in the 1800's it was the Institute of Science and Art! It is on the Moor. This was in days gone by an actual marshy piece of land and even today is prone to flooding. The road going off mid right leads round to the road running by the Prince of Wales Pier.
