    I like the addition of the yarn. I think it makes interesting line elements on the apple shapes. They don't look as much like apples to me anymore. Now they almost have the look and feel of a pile of glittery Christmas tree balls. But this is an exercise in creativity, not in making an exact repro of the original, so I think that's kind of cool.
